An itemized budget demonstrating your financial need is required.
Please identify the school-related costs ETV funds will meet from October 1 through September 30. The following is a suggested list, but not inclusive, so please identify the areas specific to YOUR needs. Make sure that if you are asking for $4,000 the total need adds up to no less than $4,000. Remember, you must provide documentation for the expenses (lease for rent, gas receipts, grocery receipts or itemized estimate of monthly cost, book receipts, etc.)
